Speaker	:	Oliver Ditter, Project-Engineer, MA Lighting Regardless of taste, perception and preference, Oliver will walk you through past, present and future of Lighting technology and its application. Dipl-Ing. Oliver Ditter (29) has been with MA Lighting International in Paderborn since December 2006 as a Project-Engineer within the Technical Sales Team. Has looks back on nearly 10 years of experience as freelance project manager in Event Management and is now responsible for world-wide project support on fixed installations involving MA equipment. Being involved in projects, he combines field experience and knowledge from area like R&D, in particular the area of network based control systems.
Synopsis	:	It has never been more exciting than today in the Entertainment Industry and in the Lighting industry in particular. Technological progress beyond expectation and imagination has come true and enables Artists and Engineers to scale new heights in design. Along with all new technologies is the positive effect, that Lighting technology has resumed the sole responsibility for the visual impact on stage.
